Eram Talent, a reputable recruitment consultancy specializing in talent acquisition for various industries, is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor - Electrical to join their team. This position is for a prestigious company in Saudi Arabia. As a Facilities Supervisor - Electrical, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance and operations of facilities, ensuring their smooth and efficient functioning. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in electrical maintenance and facilities management, possesses excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and is familiar with electrical systems and equipment commonly used in facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the electrical maintenance and operations of facilities
  • Assign duties to the electrical maintenance team and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team members
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and energy management
  • Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and implement improvements
  • Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
