The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Workday Finance Administrator to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Workday Financial Management system, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards for financial analysis.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Workday for their financial processes.
  • Stay updated on Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve system usage.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems.
  • Assist in system audits and compliance reporting as necessary.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday administration, specifically in finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
  • Insurance brokerage industry experience is a strong plus
  • Workday Certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
