The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Renewal Specialist to join our team in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and successfully executing the renewals process. The CRS works as part of the Planview account team is integral to in ensuring Planview’s customers are happy and retained for the long-term while hitting company targets.

What You'll Do

  • Negotiate and execute customer renewals, across multiple product lines and regions.
  • Ensure quarterly targets are hit or exceeded around price increases, multi-year agreements, timeliness, customer churn and retention.
  • Review customer contracts for relevant terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate data, reporting and forecasting on assigned renewals.
  • Develop an understanding of the Planview licensing and pricing models, renewal guidelines and procedures.
  • Position the Planview platform to customers for the most optimal experience, including new features and products.
  • Ensure any renewal related issues and escalations are managed appropriately and resolved quickly, leveraging appropriate supporting resources from Planview as needed.
  • Partner with Account team members to strategize on a successful renewal.
  • Lead departmental projects as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent job experience
  • Fluent in English and business fluency in either French or German.
  • 3-5 years of experience in renewals or similar role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to facilitate and harness cross-team collaboration while working in a hybrid work environment.
  • A self-starter and quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly.
  • Strong numerical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, personable, and flexible.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
