About Us

We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains, operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

Client is an innovative fintech company leveraging AI and advanced data visualization to enhance trading experiences. We are currently focused on developing a robust backtesting engine and have ongoing AI and data science projects.

What We Expect From You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in React and D3 for frontend development.
  • Proficiency in transitioning data formats, specifically replacing JSON with Apache Arrow.
  • Strong Python skills for data science tasks, particularly in developing and optimizing backtesting tools.
  • Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure.
  • Solid understanding of the trading domain, including placing trades, managing lot sizes, and generating risk reports.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Capability to build unit tests and ensure robust backtesting processes.
  • Immediate availability starting in July for an initial period of 4-6 weeks, with the potential for project expansion.
  • Great communications skills, with excellent written and spoken English

Technical Stack

  • Frontend: React, D3 for graphical data visualizations, transitioning from JSON to Apache Arrow.
  • Backend: MongoDB.
  • Data Science: Python-based backtesting, API-driven, deployed in the cloud (Azure).
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes.
