The claimant small and medium law firm recruitment market is overlooked and overly complicated- we aim to change that. We have found using some of the more established agencies to be difficult for the following reasons:-

Our placements are capped at 15%+VAT of annual salary (industry standard typically up to 25%). 50% of payment due the day the candidate walks through the door, the remaining 50% after 3 months. We are confident that our candidates are the best! We only submit vetted candidates- saving you time, money, and hassle. It is company policy that we will not supply a candidate that we would not consider for interview at our own firm.

Requirements
Qualified solicitor, with a demonstrable experience in dealing with residential/commercial property disputes.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of solicitors and paralegals.
