About the role:

We are looking for a driven, proactive, and talented individual to join our growing Customer Success organization as a Renewals Manager for EMEA, and be a key player in developing and designing our customer renewal processes and playbooks.

Our Renewals Manager will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing and driving the renewal process for our existing customers.

You will report to the AVP of Customer Success, and work alongside amazing people who share a common goal in improving the cybersecurity resilience of our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement efficient and effective renewal processes and playbooks tailored to Pentera's innovative approach.
  • Handle a high volume of renewals, managing multiple accounts and priorities to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Manage renewal negotiations with both channel partners and end users.
  • Analyze renewal data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on renewal metrics, performance, and forecasts to senior management
  • Work closely with the sales, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on renewal activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a renewals management, customer success, or account management role, within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, particularly with C-level executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM and renewals management tools used in the industry, i.e Salesforce.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively across departments, including sales, customer success, and finance.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
