We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and success of our projects by leading and coaching agile teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product owners and development teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Champion agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles (PI Planning, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within and across teams, fostering a strong agile mindset.
  • Assist with requirements analysis, breakdown, and tracking throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to portfolio management by analyzing trends, prioritizing projects, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Manage risks, identify roadblocks, and propose solutions to ensure project success.
  • Moderate meetings, provide coaching to stakeholders, and onboard new team members.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting systems (internal & external).
  • Track project progress, monitor adherence to scope and budget, and report on key metrics.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and strive to elevate project/product efficiency.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and coach teams effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) a plus.
