Job description

Our client, a dynamic apparel brand catering to blue-collar workers, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales and Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach, establishing bulk merchandise deals, and fostering brand partnerships. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for relationship building, we want to hear from you.

Sales Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, including electrical contractors, utilities, unions, and related organizations.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to generate leads and compile a comprehensive database of potential customers.
  • Initiate and manage outbound sales campaigns to establish connections with key decision-makers.

Email Outreach:

  • Craft compelling outreach emails to introduce High Voltage Industries and its products to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain email templates for different outreach scenarios.
  • Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and nurture relationships through effective email communication.

Brand Partnerships:

  • Identify potential brand partnership opportunities, including collaborations with other apparel companies, unions, and tool manufacturers.
  • Initiate contact with potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate sponsored social media posts and promotional activities.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, responses, and successful deals.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on the effectiveness of sales strategies and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a background in apparel or related industries highly preferred.
  • Experience with bulk orders and corporate clients is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective sales strategies, including market analysis, target audience identification, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1300 / month

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM PST
