Luminary Group is currently in partnership with a leading digital health business in the USA, and they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Technical Lead to join their team. As the Program Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the technical direction and successful delivery of complex digital health projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee the technical aspects of the program, and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for complex digital health programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital health solutions, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and deliverables, managing dependencies and prioritizing tasks.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and drive their adoption within the organization.
Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, ensuring successful integration and delivery of external solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges.
Provide regular program updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure program compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management or similar roles, preferably in the digital health industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams in agile development environments.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
Experience with digital health solutions and familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations.
Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
Experience with vendor management and external solution integration is preferred.
Understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance requirements in the digital health industry is a plus.
