ATF Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The position is remote and full-time, offering an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects from anywhere. The job location is Delhi. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and proficiency in backend development to contribute to our innovative solutions in software development and capital markets consulting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with Dotnet core (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in .NET Framework (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of Spring Framework, with at least 3 years of development experience
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture applications and deployment
• Excellent SQL skills for robust data management and manipulation
• Hands-on experience with Docker, including containerizing applications for scalable deployment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and secure backend systems and APIs
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Maintain, revise, and improve existing systems to ensure longevity and sustainability
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the codebase
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to continually improve development processes and performance
