Expert in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud), 8+ years of experience in deploying Service Cloud, Knowledge, At least 2-3 full lifecycles of Implementation Experience, Strong approval principles, work processes understanding for Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, MBA degree preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Team orientation, motivation, and alignment towards project goals
- Performing demos for customers and supporting change management
- Developing Go-To-Market approach and timely escalation of project risks
- Presales support, new technology offerings capability development
- Preparing functional design, business requirements documentation, UAT assistance and Test Case Review
