Catering Insight is the only title providing daily digest for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and service specialists across the vibrant catering equipment supply chain in the UK.

In addition to providing news, exclusive interviews, comment & analysis, debate, plus examples of the best practice and innovation, Catering Insight supports the industry by driving its news agenda with insightful reports and research as well as bespoke events and industry discussion.

Catering Insight is published by Promedia Digital Ltd, a subsidiary of ITP Media Group, a global publisher headquartered in Dubai, with offices in India and Bahrain.

As part of an expansion strategy across the hospitality and catering equipment group of publications and events, we are looking for highly motivated sales executive to join our team who has great sales acumen.

You will be joining a small team and reporting directly into the publisher of Catering Insight, so it’s a phenomenal opportunity to develop your career.

You will be responsible for achieving/exceeding monthly sales targets across the portfolio titles, including Foodservice Equipment Journal and Catering Insight USA.

This position is based in our London offices in Farringdon a minimum four days per week, with the option to work from home one day per week.

Requirements

The Role


  • Proactively selling and delivering events and advertising packages to potential customers
  • Identifying potential lead sources and prospects for new business
  • Cold calling to prospect for business
  • Creating and maintaining sales reports
  • Data mining and reporting
  • Creation of sponsorship/commercial proposals
  • Management of client base to ensure we deliver across all our mediums to the best possible standard



The Candidate

The role requires someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively handle customer enquiries and gain a clear understanding of customers’ requirements.

 

The role requires an organised and self-motivated person with the ability to interact well in a team, whilst building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

 

Strong communication and sales skills are imperative to being successful in this role.
