Job Description

The position is available as soon as possible, on permanent, and full-time basis at our Ismaning location. You can arrange your presence at the location flexibly in consultation with your colleagues - being in the office 5 days a week... that’s a thing of the past!

As part of our 10-member global User Support Team, you ensure that our internal TecAlliance IT services are always accessible and up to date for our employees worldwide. You are in contact with international colleagues for IT questions in person, through our ticket system, or via Teams, and you use your expertise to solve requests and problems quickly and efficiently. Your team looks forward to new knowledge and fresh ideas, but also to sharing existing knowledge with you and building new things together!

The predominantly used operating system here is Windows, the know-how in the installation and management of MacOS is an advantage. Additionally, you will work with the following systems and services: ITSM Freshservice HelpDesk System, Microsoft Entra, asset/software management systems, Microsoft O365, mobile device management, mobile application management, mobile telephony (iOS and Android), and technical documentation via Wiki-Confluence.

Responsibilities:
  • International Incident and Service Management: You keep a cool head and take responsibility for accepting and following up on software and hardware malfunctions according to the service level agreements.
  • Help us work: You manage IT hardware and handle the installation and configuration of IT equipment (e.g., computers, printers, phones) via Intune Autopilot, including user and account management, IT onboarding/offboarding.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance: You monitor, process, and forward IT service requests and incidents.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge! To continuously improve service quality, you document services and keep our knowledge management system up to date on Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Projects: You support your team in planning, managing, and executing comprehensive IT projects.

Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed training as an IT system administrator or a comparable education or qualification.
  • Very good experience in Microsoft system administration (Microsoft O365, Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID). MacOS experience would be a plus.
  • Extensive experience in 1st level support (incident, problem, service request, and change management).
  • Good knowledge in connectivity (VPN, LAN, and WLAN).
  • Good knowledge of scripting and programming languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively with (internal) customers and maintain composure even in time-critical situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial not only for the job but also for us as a company.
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of German.
