Role Overview

The Cere Senior Product Manager collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers, to create exceptional products. The ideal candidate will take the lead in ideating and deploying groundbreaking products that push the boundaries of AI technology. Collaborating closely with engineering and research teams, you'll transform applied research into valuable, customer-centric solutions.
We seek a highly entrepreneurial Product Management Leader with a strong drive to innovate and advance product initiatives throughout the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to swift and effective action.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vision and Strategy: Define and drive the vision, strategic roadmap, and execution plan for pioneering technologies that harness cutting-edge AI to address real-world challenges. Ensure these efforts are aligned with overall company objectives and market demands.
- Prototyping and Experimentation: Spearhead the rapid prototyping and experimentation of various products and services to establish product-market fit and foster innovation.
- User-Centric Development: Collaborate with customers and teams to gather valuable feedback and insights. Translate these into actionable product requirements, detailed user stories, and precise product specifications to drive user-focused development.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and implement effective go-to-market strategies to guarantee successful product launches and market penetration, while maintaining high engagement levels to drive product success.
- Metrics and Analysis: Continuously analyze key metrics to guide future product development and ensure ongoing improvement and relevance.
- AI Landscape Understanding: Stay informed about the AI landscape and ecosystem, maintaining an objective perspective on market capabilities and the company's positioning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including research teams, product engineering, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development and successful outcomes.

Requirements
- 8+ years of software product management, including experience managing a team of product managers.
- Web3/AI product management experience.
- Succeeded in a start-up environment with an emphasis on rapid iterations.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and execute effectively in ambiguous situations, adapting to different domains based on business needs and delivering simple, easy-to-understand solutions.
- Proven track record of launching products that achieve distribution and commercial success.
- Enthusiasm for engaging in collaboration across various organizational functions, adeptly managing trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences, both in written and verbal communication.
- A love for developing and mentoring Product Managers both individually and as part of a cohesive team.
- A passion for software team best practices and coaching - you're a PM by trade, but also enjoy geeking out over the latest in engineering.
- You're comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics.
- Experience leading multiple streams of work with multiple teams and roadmaps.
