Job description

Envision is seeking an open-minded, driven recruitment sourcing specialist to identify and hire great talent for our top recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) clients. You will work to understand our clients' recruitment processes from top to bottom and use data to draw insights and craft effective hiring strategies to fill in the missing pieces, making their hiring process smarter and more efficient--not just for today, but also for tomorrow.

What You'll Do
  • Implement client-specific sourcing strategies to effectively attract qualified candidates for open positions
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of talent acquisition professionals to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies that address clients' immediate and long-term needs
  • Utilize a variety of sources including job boards and LinkedIn to build a pipeline of directly sourced candidates
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience as the first point of contact
  • Prescreen candidates for cultural and technical fit
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the relevant database
  • Proactively source potential hires by anticipating future hiring needs
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics including source of hire and time to fill
  • Assist with the development and implementation of candidate attraction initiatives such as newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, recruitment events, etc.
  • Communicate with both candidates and clients in a timely, professional, and genuine manner

  • What You'll Need
  • Prior experience hiring/sourcing in an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment role
  • Ability to creatively source candidates from a variety of sources including job boards, professional associations, employee referral programs, social media, etc.
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated excellence in various candidate sourcing methodologies (headhunting, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, market mapping)
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility when priorities change and manage competing projects to exceed objectives
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience tracking and managing candidates in an ATS system
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Japanese preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
