About the job 


As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for driving sales through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting products/services, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative)
  • Experienced in: CRM Software: Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Sales Engagement Software: Outreach.io, Salesloft, or Similar etc.
  • Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Calendar, etc. 
  • Experienced in presenting Software Demos 
  • Experience and willingness around making cold calls
  • Has a LinkedIn they can use for selling (We provide sales subscriptions)
  • Ability to Tailor calls and presentations to specific companies and people
  • Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach
  • Prospect new leads using LeadLoft's prospecting software
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Continuously improve through feedback
