Job Purpose:

The Frontend Web Developer & Content writer is responsible for ensuring that customers are properly informed about and empowered with the Exoscale product catalogue. At the intersection of tooling, Web UI and UX, documentation and online content, this person plays a key role in customer conversion and retention through online channels.

What you do:

Expanding and maintaining the landscape of Exoscale's online
properties: their underlying tech stack and their ability to deliver a low-friction writing environment.
Ensuring a consistent tone across our product overviews and technical deep-dives, be it in terms of writing style or visual language.
Making sure that Exoscale's strengths stand out from its online presence.
Steering ways to improve online performance while reducing privacy-invasive tracking techniques such as cookie-based tracking.

What you offer:

Strong written communication skills and a proven ability to write quality content and documentation for end users and decision makers.
Familiarity with the Cloud (IaaS) industry and products, and ideally Exoscale’s product catalogue specifically.
Experience working on content-oriented websites and their frontend
Stack: JS/Typescript, Components design, Styling (CSS/Tailwind).
Languages: English (required), German or French a plus.
