We are seeking a strategic and innovative SEO Lead to join GetResponse’s team. You'll develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our business goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our website architecture meets SEO best practices. Your expertise will drive content strategy, data analysis, and international SEO efforts while leading a team of specialists. Key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with product, content, and marketing teams to optimize various aspects of the company's online presence.
- Technical SEO expertise: Ensuring website architecture, performance, and crawlability meet best practices for search engine optimization.
- Content strategy: Overseeing the creation and optimization of high-quality, relevant content that drives organic traffic and conversions.
- Data analysis and reporting: Utilizing advanced analytics tools to measure SEO performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- International SEO: Managing global SEO efforts, considering multi-language and multi-regional optimization strategies.
- Competitive analysis: Monitoring competitors' SEO strategies and identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Team leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of SEO specialists, content creators, and analysts.
- Staying current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Integration with other marketing channels: Aligning SEO efforts with paid search, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives.
You may be the perfect fit if you have:
- 6+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience in Technical SEO (crawl/indexation/rendering optimization, mobile-friendly optimization, page speed optimization, structured data markup, domain migration)
- Expertise in On-Page SEO (internal linking optimization, content management)
- Proficiency in Off-Page SEO (domain profile management, outreach, brand reputation management)
- Strong background in content strategy (content research, content management)
- Experience in analytics and reporting (analytics, reporting management, organic performance growth)
- Experience in strategy and planning (SEO market strategy, international SEO management, project management)
- Familiarity with chatbot automation
- Experience in SEO knowledge development management
- Proficiency in expense management
- Excellent language skills and English fluency (at least C1 level)
- Experience working with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs/similar, Google Looker, Chrome Developer Tools, Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, and other similar tools

Salary range:
Contract of employment: 14,300 – 19,800 PLN gross/month
B2B contract: 681 – 943 PLN net/man-day
