We are also importers and exclusive distributors of several international brands.

Our market channels include retail clients,banks, schools, companies, retail shops etc.

 

Job Description

We are currently looking for an indoor sales support person to handle the below tasks:

-Receiving customers' orders and preparing the invoices

-Data entry for new products (pricing, costing, description etc.)

-Answering phone calls/Whatsapp, checking stock availability

-Following up on orders status between various channels (supplier/warehouse/delivery...)

-Checking account status (unpaid dues, statement of accounts etc.)

Qualifications

-Good Communication Skills with Retail and Corporate Clients

-Well-Organized

-Good Teamworker

-Good English (spoken & written), French is a plus

-Previous experience in stationery business is a plus
