Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled EKS Infrastructure Engineer/Architect to join our team on a Contract-to-Contract basis. The selected candidate will work remotely for a US-based client and should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The contract tenure is 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecting EKS environments
Deploying platforms on EKS
Implementing CI/CD pipelines
Hardening EKS security for Cluster and Applications
Automating EKS Platform for Cluster lifecycle management
Utilizing Helm and Kustomize for Application lifecycle management and K8s add-ons
Working knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals
Practicing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using the GitOps model
Managing AWS Identity Management and PKI/Certificate Management
Implementing Policy Management and troubleshooting using AWS services

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in EKS Architecture and Deployment, with proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, security, automation, infrastructure as code, and AWS services. Strong communication skills and experience with IAM, PKI/Certificate Management, Policy Management, and troubleshooting are essential.
