Senior Workday Integration Consultant with PECI

Job location: Remote from Poland / hybrid from Wrocław or Warsaw

The Workday Integration Consultant will act independently and advise on, manage, and build/develop the solution integration/data conversion for complex Workday engagements. He/she will provide subject matter expertise for addressing customer solutions regarding interface, integration and technical data model design using build-in Workday solutions and external tools to build integrations and migrate data.

The Workday Integration Consultant could be a part of implementation team supporting Workday system setup or managed services team providing post implementation support for Workday instances incl. testing and/or data migration support. Will assist in facilitating high intensity workshops and supporting meetings to develop and validate technical requirements and build out the application/integration. He/she will design, develop, and implement in-bound and out-bound integrations between Workday and other environments (like SAP, ADP, ServiceNow, MS Azure, etc) using build-in Workday solutions and tools and/or external tools and assets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to design, build, test and deploy Workday system integration solutions.

  • Support project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of implementation projects.

  • Design, develop and implement in-bound and out-bound integrations

  • Ability to help clients resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution.

  • Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client’s timelines are met.

  • Provide guidance to clients or service partners on in- and out-bound integrations.

We require:

  • Workday Integration certification

  • Workday CCTPP certification

  • practical experience in Workday environment: implementation or AMS type projects in HCM related domains (HCM core, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)

  • experience in System Integration solutions, both custom and product specific interfaces

  • Experience in programming, web services, APIs and database technologies (XSLT, SAOP, REST, OpenAPI, SQL, etc.).

  • problem solving and analytics skills to help clients build and resolve integration issues

  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders (internal and external)

  • fluent communication in English

  • readiness to work on the territory of Poland

Nice to have:

  • Workday STUDIO certification

  • Workday Reporting and/or Data Migration skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in software development, IT/Engineering or comparable studies

  • experience in Workday Data Migration and Data Conversion/ETL tools

  • ability to travel and work from client’s office (up to 25%)
