The Companial Engineering team is touching on the latest Microsoft technologies (Visual Studio Code AL language, Copilot, Extensions, PowerPlatform), being one of very few Microsoft ISV Development Centers we have direct consulting with Microsoft and receive the latest news and training on new technologies even prior other Microsoft Partners. 

Companial is looking for an experienced Generative AI Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join a large NAV/Business Central team in Vilnius, Kaunas or remotely.

What you are going to do:

As Generative AI Developer for D365 Business Central you will be participating in AI development (Copilot, Connectors, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services)internal at Companial and external projects for Microsoft Partners

Developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensions with AL language according to technical documentation

Developing Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI Studio

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the developed solutions seamlessly into the project environment

Support Microsoft Partners in designing AI solutions

What we expect from you:

More than 3 years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central

Decent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central functionality

Decent knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio), Dataverse)

Familiarity with key AI services, frameworks, and libraries such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Scikit-Learn, etc.

Eager to learn and develop technical skills, practically try out new technologies – also happy to share knowledge with others

Have a quantitative degree such as mathematics, statistics, machine learning, computer science or equivalent, though relative working experience also acceptable

Good spoken and written English

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Ability to independently identify when you are stuck and seek support

What would make you stand out?

Decent knowledge and experience of Python or .NET building AI / ML models and solutions

Practical experience developing, deploying, and maintainingML / AI solutions

Ability to evaluate and benchmark AI / ML models and solutions before developing

Certifications in AI-900 or AI-102

The salary range for this position is EUR 2500-4800 GROSS / month (depending on your seniority and experience level)
