Job Overview

We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist for US Benefits to join our HCM project team, an energetic team focused on finding robust, pragmatic, and elegant solutions to difficult problems. The Workday Integration Specialist serves as a functional point of contact for assigned projects, including solution design, technical documentation, UAT, implementation, and production support.

  • Help design and build Workday integrations across client's Benefits module
  • Partner closely with the HR COEs and Payroll organization to understand their needs and collaboratively improve the employee experience
  • Responsible for design requirements, configurations discussions and UAT
  • Manage time, expectations, and delivery of several concurrent projects

Required Skills

Required Skills:

  • 6 years workday- integration experience
  • 4+ years in Workday Document Transformation integrations, and Workday Custom Reports (required)
  • 4+ years experience with Workday HCM, Security, US Payroll, International Payroll, and Benefits modules (required)

Requirements

  • Conceptual understanding of Benefits programs and policies for US including but not limited to absence, time-off, pensions (401K), Health and wellness and other voluntary benefits.
  • Communicate technical Workday concepts to our business partners
  • Help translate ambiguous or incomplete requirements into technical solutions
  • Write clear documentation and workbooks for designs, project planning, and testing
  • Previous Workday data migration (conversion) experience for US Benefits
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and understanding system interdependencies
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills with employees at all levels of the organization and the ability to manage relationships with external parties
