Core Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team or department.

    Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

    • Bookkeeping:

      Perform entry-level bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions.

      • Data Entry:

        Input, update, and maintain data accurately in various databases and systems.

        Verify data integrity by comparing it to source documents and reviewing for errors.

        Retrieve and compile data from different sources as required.

        Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files.

        • Veteran Application Form Processing:

          Process veteran application forms according to established procedures.

          Enter application data into relevant databases and tracking systems


          Requirements

          - Minimum 2 years of experience as Admin Support/Assistant

          - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or bookkeeping preferred.

          Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

          Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

          Familiarity with data entry procedures and techniques.
