As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at juucy, you will join a global team of accomplished recruiters working remotely. Your responsibilities will include managing requisitions (currently with a strong focus on tech) for post-funding scale-up companies, SMEs and larger corporates.

Your role involves:

  • Delivering global recruitment services through adaptable sourcing and headhunting.
  • Managing our existing client portfolio, which includes startups, SMEs and corporates in EU
  • Elevating talent acquisition delivery through effective sourcing strategies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech or Business-related roles (in-house or external).
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities, particularly in boolean search techniques.
  • Background in international talent-hiring delivery and client management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the European Talent Market.
  • A registered freelance business or similar corporate entity that allows you to receive income from commercial activity
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/ or other sourcing methods
  • Native or professional-level English proficiency.
