Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social media accounts - specifically YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This includes coming up with growth hacking strategies as well as the day-to-day operation of these accounts including posting, captioning and responding to the community
Write and edit video scripts for short form and long form videos, and work closely with the video editor to improve those videos in order to increase video watch time.
Use our AI tool to create audio narrations of scripts, and refine those audio files using audio editing software
Repurpose video content into emails and blog posts

Requirements

2-3+ Experience growing YouTube, tik tok, and Instagram accounts
Very strong writing skills, particularly with writing scripts for video format
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have high autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, out-of-the box thinking
Strong understanding of Western Culture
Be able to catch on quite quickly on the ins and outs of mobility training
Self starter with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
