Sr. Director of TaskVerse Community Management (Remote)
TaskVerse, our centralized crowd platform, is revolutionizing how we source, recruit, and manage freelancers ("Taskers") worldwide. TaskUs is looking for a visionary Sr. Director of TaskVerse Community Management to deliver an unparalleled experience for our amazing Taskers.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee community engagement, product support, and knowledge resource management. Your mission? Develop and execute strategic initiatives that skyrocket Tasker satisfaction, participation, and success within our ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire teams responsible for community engagement, support operations, technical collaboration, and knowledge resource development
Craft and execute a game-changing Tasker success strategy that encompasses community interaction, product support, feedback integration, and easily accessible knowledge resources
Foster close collaboration with Technical and Product teams to ensure contributor feedback is seamlessly incorporated into product enhancements
Oversee the development and upkeep of a comprehensive knowledge resource repository that empowers contributors with self-service tools and training materials
Spearhead data-driven initiatives to assess and enhance Tasker satisfaction and success
What You'll Bring:
Proven leadership track record in user experience/success, community engagement, or related domains within a tech-driven environment
Strong strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that elevate contributor experience and satisfaction
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of developing and mentoring high-performing teams
Experience collaborating closely with product and technical teams to translate contributor feedback into actionable product enhancements
Analytical mindset with expertise in leveraging data to guide strategy and decision-making
