Job description

We’re a growing team of like-minded and supportive people with the goal of making customer service a seamless experience. Our team is remote with colleagues based in the UK, US and Europe.


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our product team to help us test our suite of web based products. The role will be focused on testing our products as part of our development lifecycle and also regression and exploratory testing in production based environments. We are looking for a self starter who is able to help us shape our testing strategy to help us ensure we ship bug free and quality software.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Qa Engineer
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills;
  • Review designs to ensure coverage of requirements
  • Interpret technical stories and perform focused testing of new features
  • Experience with manual testing across a range of browsers and devices
  • Run regular regression tests on critical applications
  • Perform ad-hoc exploratory testing
  • Performance testing experience
  • Help manage external services we use to improve our test coverage (GAT, Testim)
  • Experience working with modern CI/CD tooling
  • Experience with Jira and other bug tracking systems
  • Communicating test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders
  • Investigating issues (found during test efforts or reported from production), log them into Jira and escalate.

Nice to have:

  • Test automation experience using tools such as Playwright or Cypress
  • Automation experience with tools like Testim or Applitools
  • Experience working in an Saas AI company
