About the Role:

As a Construction Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from inception to completion. You'll lead a team of construction professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specified quality standards. Your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be essential for navigating project complexities and ensuring successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.
• Secure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks and delays.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.
• Manage and motivate a team of construction professionals, delegating tasks and providing ongoing support.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
• Document project progress and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
• Manage and resolve project issues and conflicts effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Valid construction industry certifications (a plus).
