We are looking for Workday HCM and Talent Management Analyst there time will be 25% responding to escalated tickets from our internal associates and 75% focusing on Workday enhancements and new configuration, and supporting project-based work with Workday Technical Team. Responsibilities: • Provide timely technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for the HRIS system(s) to HR team leads and other end-users while ensuring an outstanding customer service experience • Work closely with all key business support teams to understand functional requirements and implement them through successful development, testing and launch with required documentation • Ability to manage / execute project activities including requirement gathering, project work plans, documentation, solution design, technical configuration, test development, and related deployment activities in support of multiple work stream • Assist with the knowledge transfer of system functionality to business process managers, super users and end users via Guided Training Sessions and Training Guides • Leverage business knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements • Monitors Workday Community and other forums for solutions to current issues and opportunities to optimize configuration, including on-line discussions, brainstorm submission and voting, training, webinars, etc. Required Experience • 3-4 years Workday technical, hands-on experience including business process development, calculated fields and report writing • 5 Years HRIS Experience overall • Demonstrated Strong Technical knowledge of configuration and security of Talent and Performance and Learning including, but not limited to; HCM and Reporting • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills a plus • Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated skills in customer communication and developing customer relations. • Writing functional design document and detailed technical specifications documents. • Proficiency in English, Spanish a plus Interest in converting from Temp to Perm a plus, but cannot support visa sponsorship currently not available No oppo Division/Business Group: DTNA/OPT/Total Rewards Work Location: Remote or Hybrid Work Shift: 40 hour work week Is Overtime required for this role: No Work Environment: Cube or Home Office Reason for Request: Looking for Technical Support in HCM, Talent Management Workday Technical stack Why a candidate would be interested in this Role: Immediate impact to business and collaborative team.
