Job Title: Executive Assistant
Working Schedule: Overlapping US hours
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

About the Role:
As a right-hand person to our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their success. You'll provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and communication support, freeing them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Oversee email and phone communication, screening inquiries, prioritizing messages, and composing responses as needed.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guides.
Organize and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Anticipate and proactively address the executive's needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, project management and calendar management software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
Discreet and professional demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
