Role : Sr. Digital Product Manager

Position Summary:
Sr. Digital Product Manager will drive the planning, design and iterative deployment of a portal for enrolled students. This will entail building a series of responsive, accessible pages enabling students to audit their progress across multiple domains: Classwork, schedules, financial aid, payments, communications, appointments, etc. This requires the integration of multiple, disparate legacy systems with a single sign-on. Sr Product Manager will produce product roadmaps, requirements, user flows, epics and stories and serve as the product owner in the Agile Scrum ceremonies.
The Sr. Product Manager will collaborate with designers, developers, product architects, business analysts, QA, program management and business partners throughout the process. They will ensure that business stakeholders, user feedback and analytics data is collected to inform the product roadmap and backlog. Working with the Senior Director of Product, and other Product Managers and architects, they will define needs and negotiate solutions to deliver measurable, valuable features, define KPI's and create analytics requirements, and ensure tagging and dashboard creation. They will lead the planning and release of this new product, leading engagement with key stakeholders to address change management, training, and customer support.
Essential Functions:
Lead requirements discovery, solution design, roadmap, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
Lead the collaboration with designers, developers, product architects, business analysts, QA, program management to plan and deliver product.
Dive deep with developers and business analysts to understand and incorporate technical integration requirements and dependencies across multiple platforms.
Prioritize and align the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs.
Work closely with Sr Director Product and stakeholders to define KPI's and create analytics requirements and ensure tagging and dashboard creation Identify dependencies among the varying digital teams as well as with external teams.
Set goals using measurable data points and evaluate success of the initiative vs plan.
Provide status and decks for stakeholder management.
Partner with UX leads to plan user testing, integrating insights into product design and backlog.
Partner with stakeholders to understand outcomes, needs, and define solutions to deliver the outcomes desired.
Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization including business owners and agile product teams.
Define success metrics and KPIs, while also tracking progress against those success metrics.

Strong experience leading a product team through influence.
Strong consumer-facing software development experience.
Strong technical skills; able to dive deep w/developers regarding API's and integrations; able to work closely w/front end-devs to enable responsive, accessible user experiences.
Strong listening skills, Strong prioritization skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong background in Google Analytics tagging and dashboarding
Strong experience integrating multiple systems. Working knowledge, principles, and practices of office management/systems within a higher education environment, ideal.
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Visio. Strong expertise in Jira. Familiarity with Figma and white-boarding tools such as Miro.

Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to propose alternative business processes based on analysis.
Knowledge of SDLC and how to design, develop and implement software solutions.
