About the Role

At Nonlinear, we are looking for Productivity Analysts/Associates who will

  • work with clients & internal team members to understand clients' business challenges and
  • implement relevant productivity solutions on an array of no-code/low-code and automation technologies that empower business processes, analytics and more.


Together with your team members and leadership, you would help businesses become more productive, scalable and predictable.


This is a high-growth role with strong scope for rapid upward mobility and is ideal for candidates great at learning, problem-solving and logic.


Responsibilities
  • Undertake productivity projects for a variety of clients across industries, functions, sizes and/or geographies
  • Implement business solutions using a range of no-code/low-code and automation tools (incl. RPA) as per project objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders and gain a complete understanding of project goals, objectives, and audiences
  • Enable the team with day-to-day client management, project management, and creation of high-quality deliverables
  • Provide hand-holding/training/troubleshooting to client stakeholders affected by change
  • Build proficiency in multiple no-code/low-code and automation tools as per company goals
  • Build familiarity with industries, functions and processes


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Aptitude for constantly learning & improving at a high speed (mandatory)
  • An analytical mind with excellent abilities in logic, problem-solving, organization and coordination
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in at least 1-2 no-code/low-code or automation tools (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company & client information

Salary

400000 - 700000 INR (Per Year)
