Job Responsibilities:

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for:

• Outbound Calls: Conducting outbound calls on behalf or our clients to promote their products and services and generate leads.

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities for our clients through effective communication and engagement.

• Appointment Booking: Scheduling appointments for our clients with key decision-makers to facilitate business discussions.

• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our services.

• Record Keeping: Accurately documenting all interactions and client details in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate our services persuasively.

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is essential.

Schedule:

We have full time or part-time positions available with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Availability during standard business hours is essential with choice of afternoon or morning shifts also available.
