Responsibilities:

Manage the company’s daily tax matters, including tax filings and business registration related to digital transactions
Assist in accounting for digital assets and timely preparation of financial reports, including financial statements, expense reports, and digital asset reports
Review and verify all expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and verifying related vouchers, smart contracts, and receipts
Handle daily fund receipts and payments for both digital assets and fiat currencies, including managing cryptocurrency wallets and multi-signature wallets
Manage financial documentation, including collecting, compiling, and archiving digital asset transaction records and on-chain transaction records
Monitor cryptocurrency market trends to ensure the security and compliance of fund transfers, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks
Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information related to digital assets, and support blockchain transparency audits
Participate in the development and improvement of financial policies and procedures related to digital assets, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Intermediate Accountant, CPA, or ACCA are preferred
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in local accounting policies and tax regulations. Skilled in using various office and financial software
Detail-oriented, strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be highly advantageous
