Responsibilities:Acts as the owner for the whole Viseven portfolio of products and services, maintaining product knowledge and relevant product content Collaborate with Account Directors to empower them to make decisions concerning the delivery of their products.Oversee the delivery operations for the specific region.Collaborate with the Head of Delivery Excellence to develop regional delivery strategies.Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support project delivery within the regionManage and guide a team of Delivery Managers and Delivery Directors.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.Oversee the performance of project delivery in the region. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.Build and maintain strong client relationships within the region. Understand client needs, expectations, and challenges to ensure customer satisfactionCommunicate with various stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams. Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.Act as the escalation point for complex issues and problem resolution within the region. Facilitate solutions and guide the team in addressing challenges.Requirements:Experience in project management and delivery within the IT industryProficiency in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.A solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and other IT-related domains. The capacity to analyze and interpret data, key performance indicators, and project metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvementUnderstanding of complex business processes and able to document them in a logical and comprehensible mannerStrong written, verbal and communication skills with the demonstrative ability to work with all levels within the organizationStrong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skillsWhat we provide:
