Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction sites and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
– Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
– Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
– Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with building codes
– Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise
– Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders
Experience:
– Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
– Sound decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
