About The Role

The Marketing Operations Specialist will optimize marketing processes, manage technologies, and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to generate insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure efficient lead capture, nurturing, and scoring processes, and facilitate smooth handoffs to the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations, improve workflows, and enhance productivity.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 -4 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, CRM systems like Salesforce, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Must have experience with 6sense for predictive analytics and account engagement, and Drift for conversational marketing and chatbots.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions to optimize marketing processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
