As an Experienced Recruiter, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates will be critical to ensuring the growth and success of your team.

Your Tasks
  • Full-cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial job requisition through candidate onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Interview and Assessment:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to develop interview strategies and assessment tools.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Talent Pipeline Management:
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key positions.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and implement best practices.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.

  • Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the recruitment space.

  • Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably at least 3 years.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.

  • Professional proficiency in English language

  • CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
