Manage and maintain our social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Utilize tools such as Canva and ChatGPT to create visually appealing and compelling content.

Lead Generation:

Optimize our LinkedIn account for lead generation purposes.
Conduct data scraping to identify and gather targeted leads.
Utilize Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation efforts and maximize outreach.

Email Management:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email.
Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Utilize tools like Mailchimp and Outlook for efficient email management.

Calendar Management:

Schedule meetings and appointments for new leads and team members.
Coordinate schedules to ensure efficient time management and seamless communication.

Website Management:

Update website content and images regularly to maintain relevance and engagement.
Design marketing materials and promotional content for the website using tools like Canva and Lucid Press.

Research:

Conduct research to identify and reach specified target audiences for promoting building leasing opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform our marketing approach.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, lead generation, and digital marketing.
Proficiency with social media management tools such as Canva, Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, and Outlook.
