Organization
A new brand in the Cosmetics industry, part of an established business house, specializing in the manufacturing of natural skin and hair care products. They have set up a brand new factory in Hyderabad.

Role
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven B2B Sales Head to lead our efforts in expanding the presence of our completely natural skincare brand within luxury salon chains across India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in selling luxury brands to salons, exceptional account management abilities, and a proven track record of achieving consistent sales targets

  • Access to Luxury Salon Chains: Develop and maintain relationships with luxury salon chains across India to secure partnerships and sales opportunities.
  •  Sales Experience with Luxury Brands: Leverage previous experience in selling luxury brands to salons in India to drive business growth and market penetration.
  •  Key Account Management: Oversee and manage consistent monthly sales targets salon-wise while ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
  •  Support Salon Sales: Assist partner salons by providing training sessions and marketing initiatives to effectively sell and promote our brand.
  •  Consistent Monthly Sales Generation: Drive continuous sales growth month on month by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  •  Regional Sales Expansion: Should be able to work alone until onboarding a minimum of two new clients. After an initial onboarding phase, build teams region-wise to take care of new sales and Key account management.
  •  Strategic Salon Profiling and Pitching: Analyze and profile prospects meticulously, pitching our products exclusively to salons aligning with our target client segment.
  •  Building Sales Funnels: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by pitching our products, conducting product demonstrations, and converting leads into sales.
  •  Gifting Vertical Management: Manage the gifting vertical by connecting with corporates, building and closing institutional gifting funnels, and overseeing gift-related initiatives.
  •  SOP Development and Compliance: Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for commercial agreements with salons, ensuring adherence and compliance.
  • P&L Responsibility: Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the B2B sales vertical, setting and achieving revenue targets and managing expenses effectively.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong network and access to luxury salon chains.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management and key account handling.
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Capability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Understanding of the beauty industry, market trends, and client needs.
 
Location
Hyderabad (preferably), but can also be based in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata or Chennai

Salary
30 LPA (negotiable)
