Job Overview

Solve.Care is seeking a Web3 Architect to lead the development and implementation of decentralized applications and blockchain solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi). The Web3 Architect will play a critical role in driving innovation and adoption of blockchain technologies within our digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural leadership :

Design and develop decentralized applications and solutions using Web3 technologies. Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and aligns with business objectives.

• Define and implement a robust and scalable blockchain architecture that accommodates diverse chains and ensures seamless communication.
• Blockchain Integration : Implement and integrate various blockchain protocols and platforms into the Mobius DTaaS offerings.

Business Acumen:

• Apply a strategic mindset to differentiate integration solutions that make business sense, enhancing adoption and increasing use cases.

• Evaluate the economic viability of interoperability features, particularly in the realm of seamless, low-latency data access.

Interoperability Expertise:

• Conduct in-depth research on different blockchain architectures, identifying key interoperability challenges, and proposing innovative solutions.
• Develop strategies and protocols to facilitate smooth data exchange and execution of smart contracts across various chains.

Smart Contract Development :

• Develop and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain platforms. Ensure contracts are optimized, secure, and compliant with industry standards.

Technical Leadership :

• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers and engineers. Provide technical guidance and support in Web3 and blockchain development.

Innovation and Research :

• Stay ahead of emerging trends and advancements in blockchain, DeFi, and Web3. Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance Mobius's digital transformation solutions.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or blockchain certifications preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 8 years in blockchain technology, with a focus on Web3, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in blockchain protocols, Ethereum, smart contracts, and DeFi.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity, Java, Spring boot, Even driven architecture, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of cryptography and security principles in blockchain.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Architect with a focus on interoperability.

• Business acumen to evaluate and prioritize integration solutions that enhance business value, adoption, and use cases, with a specific focus on Care.Platform interoperability.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Solidity, Rust, or others relevant to blockchain development.

• Previous experience in building and successfully implementing a long-term blockchain strategy.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, strong leadership and communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to work.

Note:  2 days in a week Work from office is mandatory.
