Job description

  • Install, maintain, and manage the CSCS enterprise domain (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc.)
  • Manage and support the email systems of the enterprise (Office 365)
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing technical support for application deployment, remote/teleworking as well as operational support and guidance as users Work-from-Home (WFH)      
  • Ensure users have superior working experience using various technological tools within the enterprise.
  • Define system requirements for users in line with the ever-changing technological landscape vis-a-vis budget, cost planning and management.          
  • Incidence Management and Reporting – ensure effective tracking, reporting, and management of incidents.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to prevent errors.
  • Install new software and connect new hardware to existing networks. Also upgrade software packages and outdated hardware, which can include adding memory, replacing drives, and installing accessories.
  • VA-PT – work with relevant teams and vendors to review and ensure closure of issues raised during vulnerability assessment and penetration testing. 
  • Manage name servers locally and on the cloud for all CSCS enterprise domains.
  • Documents all processes and maintain IT Asset Register
  • Manage Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates.
  • Facilitate Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) tests by ensuring the availability of systems at the BCP site        Log and track daily support issues and generate weekly reports for insights and process improvement.



Requirements
  • Minimum of HND or BSc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline and relevant Certifications (Microsoft, CISCO, ISO, A+).
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ post-graduation experience preferably in consulting or Financial Services Sector
