Role Description

Part-time or full-time schedules are available for this remote role as a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will be responsible for booking hotels, flights, and rental cars for clients. The Travel Agent will also provide advice and guidance on destination, mode of transportation, and travel costs for clients, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of travel software systems and booking platforms
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
