This is a remote position.

As a Personal Travel Assistant, you can work with us and contribute significantly to and dynamic team. We are actively looking for people who can inspire others with their passion for travel and keen attention to detail. You will have an influence on creating life-changing travel experiences in this position.

Responsibilities

Create engaging emails to efficiently interact with clients.
Make extensive research on a range of locations, restaurants, and activities.
Work together with vendors to design customized travel schedules.
Keep client travel records and invoices current.
Plan all aspects of a client's trip, including ground transportation, hotels, cruises, and flights, keeping an eye on the lowest possible price by working with recommended suppliers.

Qualifications

A strong passion for travel
Excellent planning abilities and keen attention to detail.
Self-driven and at ease operating autonomously from a distance.
Competent at defining objectives and realistic deadlines.
Must be a U. S. citizen
