With a dedicated team of 1000 employees, we're committed to delivering excellence worldwide.IKA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Solutions Manager to rapidly drive revenue growth in the EV battery market. This is a sales position that requires exceptional technical sales expertise and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Reporting to the Sales Director the Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for sales of the IKA process units, plants or systems for the EV battery market in defined or assigned territory/region. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic growth company.Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in technical/industrial sales in the battery industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of capital goods in the process industry. - Hunter mentality with proven successes and extensive network in the battery industry - Experience in material processing and/or battery cell production, with a keen understanding of the intricacies involved. - Experience specifically in the Electrode Manufacturing process of Lithium Ione Batteries is highly advantageous. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. - Highly self-motivated and target-oriented, capable of driving results amidst evolving market dynamics. - Willingness to travel extensively, complemented by a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the EV battery industry. - Develop and nurture new client accounts for IKA's Process equipment and systems, with a strategic focus on the EV battery domain. - Proactively identify and cultivate new sales channels to expand market reach and capitalize on untapped opportunities. - Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from acquisition and relationship-building to post-sales support and retention efforts. - Prepare meticulously crafted proposals and lead contract negotiations to secure lucrative deals and partnerships. - Drive towards and exceed assigned sales targets, meticulously tracking progress and providing regular reporting to stakeholders. - Conduct engaging sales presentations, customer visits, and key account seminars, leveraging CRM tools for effective documentation and follow-up. - Provide hands-on product training and technical guidance to clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of our solutions. - Coordinate customer tests and trials, offering comprehensive support and troubleshooting to address any challenges or concerns.
