  • Build relationships: Establish strong connections with business partners, financial institutions, and technology providers.

  • Negotiate and close deals: Lead the contracting process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the HFT industry, its competitive landscape, and the latest market trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business deals, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth.
