A. ABOUT EXTEND YOUR TEAM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable and Payroll Analyst to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.
As an Accounts Receivable and Payroll Analyst, you will provide excellence by:
Monitor and manage accounts receivable transactions.
Generate and send accurate and timely customer invoices.
Reconcile customer accounts, resolving discrepancies and issues.
Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to address billing inquiries.
Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Expected Work Hours and Time Zone
You are expected to work 40 hours a week, Mondays to Fridays, with flexibility to work US Pacific time 10AM to 7PM (with a 1-hour break time in between). You may also be expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Analyst or Payroll Analyst.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations (US GAAP).
Proficient in using accounting and payroll software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superb verbal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in written communication.
Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English
Great organizational skills & time management abilities
Experience using customer communication tools (Zendesk), task management tools, Google Drive, and Email.
