Hapn is seeking driven, high-energy individuals with a competitive spirit to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative - Mid Market (BDR). As a BDR, your job is to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team.
As a BDR, you are the first step in the prospecting process, and the sales team relies on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. You will find and qualify leads through outbound cold calls and emails. Your primary tool is usually the telephone, though you also might find new business through email and social media.
A self-starter with grit, curiosity, and the ability to learn and adjust on the fly will excel in this role. Your ability to quickly assess opportunities and track them in our CRM will be critical to your success. Daily tasks include:

Base salary range is $40k-$45k based on geography & experience, with an OTE of $65k.
