Job description

Publishing Associate needs 2+ years of educational publishing experience, or relevant equivalent experience.
Publishing Associate requires:
 Project management

25 hours weekly

 Procurement
 Strategic sourcing
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Invoices
 Problem-solving
 Budget
 Change management
 Finance
 Content development
 Budget management
 SOW

Publishing Associate duties:
 Provides clear, direct, accurate, and professional written and verbal communication at all times.
 Collaborates with supplier and Studios on issues and risks and proposes solutions or mitigations in a timely manner.
 Escalates issues to Sourcing Managers or Director as needed for conflict resolution and for effective Change Management.
